When will the season start?
Practices will begin the last week of February with games beginning March 21.
How long will the season last?
The season will run through the mid May.
How many practices will be held a week?
Before games begin, and pending field availability, each team will be given the option to practice twice a week. Once games begin, practices will only be held once per week. Practice days are selected by the head coach, after teams are formed.

There will be two games per week for Spring season. All ages will play one weeknight game and one weekend game. Games are scheduled as follows:
Mondays - 13U and 6U
Tuesdays - 8U
Thursdays - 10U
Makeups are typically scheduled for the next Wednesday night, but may be played on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday pending weather.

What do the fees go toward?
Uniforms, county participation fees, insurance, umpires, game balls, field maintenance/labor, equipment, awards, etc.
How are coaches chosen?
Coaches must fill out an application online (see volunteer tab for further instructions). The board will then select coaches based on prior experience, background check and league needs.
How are teams selected?
During the fall season an evaluation will be performed and a draft done to select teams. For the spring season, we plan to keep teams together from the fall as much as possible. In the spring, new players will be assigned to an existing team based on years of experience and needs of existing teams. We will keep siblings together on the same team, but please note that in the registration form.
When will the teams be picked?
Teams will be assigned by February 15th.
At what age do kids start pitching?
Kid pitch begins in 10U. 6U is a combination of coach pitch/tee and 8U is coach pitch only.
Within what age group should my child play?
The age your child was as of August 31st, 2025 should be used in determining the division in which they should play. The online registration will automatically assign your child to the correct age division. No one is permitted to "play down," but you may opt for your child to "play up" should they desire a more competitive level. In order to play in an older age division, you will need to notate this request on your registration and the request will be evaluated by the board. For spring season, they will remain in the same age group as they were for fall season.
Where are the practices held?
All practices will be held at Nolensville Park field #1 or the one of the two rec fields behind the historic school next to the rec center.
Where are the games played?
Games are played throughout the county. Games are spread out between Nolensville Park, Fly Park, Bethesda Park, College Grove Park, Brentwood Crocket Park, and Grassland Park.
Directions to most fields can be found here: DIRECTIONS TO FIELDS
Are practices and games held on Wednesday’s, Friday’s and Sunday’s?
Regular season games are typically not scheduled on Wednesdays, Fridays, or Sundays. Practices and game reschedules may be on these days due to field availability.
What equipment does my child need?
Your child will need to have a glove, cleats, softball bat, batting helmet (with facemask) and a fielders mask. The league will provide each player with a uniform top, pants, belt (8U and up) and socks. The league will also provide each head coach with team equipment. Please make sure your daughter has a softball bat and not a baseball bat.
***Pitchers are strongly encouraged to wear a chest protector padded compression shirt under their uniform.
