Yes, all coaches must pass a background check.

How are teams selected?
During the fall season an evaluation was performed and a draft to select teams. For the spring season, we plan to keep teams together from the fall as much as possible. New players will be assigned to an existing team based on years of experience and needs of existing teams. There will be an option on registration to note if you would like your daughter to be a free agent. Free agents will be assigned to a new team. We will keep siblings together on the same team, but please note that in the registration form.

When will the team my daughter is on be communicated?
Parents should be notified by February 25th

At what age do the girls start pitching?
Kid pitch begins in 10U.

Within what age group should my child play?
The age your child was as of August 31st, 2024 should be used in determining the division in which they should play. The online registration will automatically assign your child to the correct age division. No one is permitted to "play down," but you may opt for your child to "play up" should they desire a more competitive level. In order to play in an older age division, you will need to notate this request on your registration. For spring season, they will remain in the same age group as they were for fall season.

Where are practices held?
All practices will be held at Nolensville Park field #1 or the one of the two rec fields behind the historic school next to the rec center.

Where are the games played?
Games are played throughout the county.  Games are spread out between Nolensville Park, Fly Park, Bethesda Park, College Grove Park, Bethesda Park, Cheek Park, and Grassland Park.

Your child will need to have a glove, cleats, softball bat, batting helmet (with facemask) and a fielders mask. All of this can be purchased used from Play It Again Sports or new from Dick's Sporting Goods (see coupon tab), Academy Sports, Target, Walmart, etc. The league will provide each player with a uniform top, pants, belt (8U and up) and socks. The league will also provide each head coach with team equipment. Please make sure your daughter has a softball bat and not a baseball bat.

Will practices and games be held on Wednesday and Sundays?
Yes, all days of the week will be utilize as there is a scarcity of field space across the county.
