We are excited to have you join us for the 2025 Nolensville Fall Softball Season! Registration will be open until Friday, July 11th, 11:59pm. However, please keep in mind that due to field scheduling limitations, we often reach capacity before the deadline. To secure your spot on a team, we highly recommend registering early. Please note that late registrations will not be accepted under any circumstances. This is to ensure sufficient time for uniform ordering prior to the games.

NYA softball plays games through the WCPR league. Games are schedule at fields throughout the county and are played the following nights in the fall:

6u: Monday

8u: Tuesday

10u: Thursday

13u: Monday

Makeup games: Wednesday (Makeups may be scheduled Friday or Sunday if needed)

Please note that our system will automatically assign your daughter to the appropriate age division based on her age as of August 31, 2025. If you wish for your daughter to play in an older age division, kindly reach out to us directly at [email protected]. Please note that players will be evaluated before being moved up to an older age group. While playing up is permitted, playing down to a younger age group is not allowed.

For the fall season, we will be conducting player evaluations before the start of the season. Each player's skill level will be assessed and used to assign teams. This will ensure a fair and balanced competition throughout the season. Evaluations will be scheduled Saturday July 19th, with a rainout date being Sunday July 20th.

The regular season games will begin the week of August 18th and run through the week of September 29th. There will be a tournament for the Nolensville league scheduled in October and may run up until the week of October 28th. No games will be played over fall break.
